Life ignites life, and few things so graphically display this as viewing an empty, temporary, rental event tent in the waning hours of a Thursday afternoon in Buffalo Gap, Texas, and then on Friday witnessing its transformation. The Texas Wine and Food Festival, held annually at Tom Perini’s ranch, kicks off with the Friday night Patron Dinner for 250 people in the tent. Saturday night is comprised of many renown Texas chefs and wineries serving @ 2,000 people under the umbrella of ancient live oak trees. The event sells out within 8 minutes of being available for ticket purchase, and few things in Texas life are more coveted than snagging one of the 250 available slots as a patron, in the tent, enjoying every bite of chef Stephan Pyles’ extraordinary meal. The best of life is centered on energy and vision, talent, and bringing people together. Wish you were here! Chop, chop, yum, yum. Read more about this event here.
